Updating Account Information

To update your account information, click “My Account” at the bottom of the page. Please note that changes to your shipping or billing information will not apply to previous orders. Please contact us to change your shipping or billing information on an order that has already been placed.

Viewing Orders

To view your previous orders, click “Orders and Returns” at the bottom of the page.

Shipping & Delivery

We understand that you want to receive your products as quickly as possible, so we ship all of our products via USPS Priority 2-Day mail. If your product is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. For those customers located in the continental United States, you should receive your products within 5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.

Ordering Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has shipped.

Payment Policy

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card or PayPal upon placing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your selected payment method will be charged when your order is placed. If you change or cancel your order prior to your order shipping, and your new order total is different from the amount originally charged, you will be charged or refunded the difference when your order is shipped.
